You are required to walk your children into their classrooms. Please swipe your children in and assist them with putting away their belongings. Tear off the Swipe receipt and take it to your child’s teacher. Your child will not be signed in until they (the teacher) have received it. Children will not be able to stay if they don’t have the day to day items essential to their well-being. Walking the children to their classroom will eliminate the loss, unaccounted items and confusions on who came in with what. If you bring in a child without the items they need, you will be turned away until you have gotten the necessary items. Per the Ohio Department of Job and Family services, each child is required to have two full changes of clothing, a blanket, diapers, wipes and formula.

If your child has any medical conditions it is imperative that we are notified. Several foods are processed in plants that make the items in which your child may be allergic. There is a form for a modified diet and allergies located in your child’s enrollment form. Please see your child teacher if you need to update throughout the year. We can update these forms now to eliminate the issue today.

Your child is required to have a blanket for nap. Parent(s) it is your place to insure that your child has one at the beginning of every week. Blankets are to be taken home at the end of the week, to be cleaned and sanitized. We are not accepting pillows or stuff animals, sorry. Please make sure that your child’s blanket is cot size thank you.
